Our Mission
Jude 1:23 (NIRV) “Pull others ‘OUT OF THE FIRE’. Save them…”
Out of the Fire Prophetic Worship Ministries is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization whose purpose is to fulfill the great commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Mark 16: 15 (CEV) “Go and preach the good news to everyone in the world.” Out of the Fire fulfills this mandate through the following 5 pillars, upon which our mission is accomplished:
Spread, Teach, WORSHIP, Restore, Serve
SPREAD – 1 Corinthians 9:23 (NLT) “I do everything to spread the GOOD NEWS.” Our desire is for every living soul to hear the Good News of Christ’s death and the power of His resurrection for the remission of sins to the saving of the soul.
TEACH - Colossians 1:28 (NLT) “So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us.” We passionately teach the truths and principles of the Kingdom of God with God’s wisdom, bringing Glory to God through the lives of people being transformed into the image of Christ, through revelation of the Word of God.
WORSHIP – Malachi 4:2 (AMP) “But unto you who revere and worshipfully fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings and His beams, and you shall go forth and gambol like calves [released] from the stall and leap for joy.” We desire, in the midst of prophetic worship environments, to help people experience the presence of the Lord where healing and restoration can be realized. We believe as we worship the Lord with reverence and awe, it becomes the key that causes the other four pillars to be accomplished most effectively.
RESTORE – Psalm 80:3 (NASB) “O God, restore us and cause your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.” God desires people to be delivered from darkness and be made whole. We stand in the gap as healing conduits, extentions of God’s LOVE, to help people be restored in spirit, soul, and body.
SERVE - Mark 10:45 (NIV) “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life…” As servants, we purpose to exemplify Christ’s example of living a life of service and sacrifice that will positively affect cities, states, nations and ultimately our world.
Statement of Faith up
- The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. A person can completely trust the Word of God. God’s Word can be used for meditation, confession, declaration, and as a weapon against our adversary. (2 Peter 1:21, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
- We believe that the Lord our God is one God. (Isaiah 43:10) God or the Godhead consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:16-17, 2 Corinthians 13:14) God is one in three and three in one. (John 16:13-15, John 20:21-22)
- We believe that the hour has come for the son of man to be glorified. He is to be glorified in our hearts, minds, souls, with our words and actions. (John 12:23) We as believers are like a seed, created with a specific kingdom purpose. In order to realize our Kingdom purpose, we must first be willing to die to ourselves and our earthly desires (as a seed dies during the gestation period) so that we can produce many seeds. We must be willing to lose our earthly life in order to gain eternal life with God. We must be willing to follow hard after God and in that lifestyle of pursuit, God honors the servant. (John 12:24-26)
- We also believe that he who wins souls for the Lord is wise. (Proverbs 11:30)
- The person known by historical account as Jesus of Nazareth was the Christ, the Son of the living God, and was God in the form of a man as He walked the Earth. Jesus, as He lived life on earth, lived a sinless life. (John 1:1-14, Hebrews 4:15) Jesus was born of a virgin woman. (Matthew 1:25) The death of Jesus represented atonement for the sins of all mankind. (Colossians 1:22) Jesus was physically resurrected on the third day following his death. (Acts 4:10) After a short time on the Earth in His resurrected body, Jesus ascended to Heaven and is now seated in Glory at the right hand of the Father. (1 Peter 3:22) We acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all things in heaven, on earth and under the earth. We know that eventually, every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. (Philippians 2:9-10)
- We have an intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus and the faith to move in signs, wonders and miracles just as He did when He walked the earth. In fact, we will do even greater works because our Lord has gone to be with the Father and He will do what ever we ask in His name. All of this takes place to bring glory to the Father. (John 14:12 – 14)
- Man was created in a state of righteousness but fell by transgression into a state of spiritual death in sin, and remains in that condition until he is delivered by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:12-21)
- Salvation is freely given through the redeeming blood of Christ by repentance toward God, faith in Jesus Christ and confession of His Lordship. (Hebrews 9:22, Romans 10:9-10, 13)
- We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:1-4, 2:38, 10:46, 19:6) We believe and walk in the gifts of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12:8-11, Romans 12:6-8) We also believe in the fruit of the Holy Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-23).
- Sanctification, holiness of heart, and living an overcoming life are scriptural requirements for all Christians. All Christians are recognized as the Bride of Christ. (Ephesians 5:25-27)
- We live for evangelism and look forward to every missionary endeavor that we are called serve. (Acts 1:8, Mark 16:15-18)
- We are in the practice of observing the Lord’s Supper regularly at home as a family or in the company of fellow believers, as charged to do so by the Lord Jesus. (Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-34)
- We believe in the dedication of little children to the Lord Jesus. Children are a gift from God. (Matthew 19:13-15)
- We believe in giving of our time, energy and resources for the purpose of propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ unto the ends of the earth. We believe in tithing as taught in the Scriptures. (Matthew 23:23, Malachi 3:10)
- We believe that divine healing is obtained on the basis of Atonement and the finished work of Jesus. (1 Peter 2:24)
- The true church is one body of many members consisting of “born-again” Christians regardless of church affiliation, and that we as individuals become members of that Body through the power of the Spirit; and so, we have fellowship one with another. (1 Corinthians 12:14-24, Ephesians 2:13-22, 4:3-6)
- We believe in Christ’s imminent personal return in power and great glory. We also believe in His millennial reign and that His Kingdom will have no end. (Acts 1:11, Revelation 20:4, Daniel 7:14)
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost – those who are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of eternal punishment in a devil’s hell. (John 5:28-29, Revelation 20:15)
